Lauren Schiffman (she/her) has been a freelance writer and editor for more than 15 years and is the owner of Textperts, Inc. She specializes in creating and refining content related to education, the arts, health and fitness, and environmental issues, working in various capacities from project management to copyediting and proofreading. Lauren holds a master’s degree in creative writing and volunteers as a writing tutor for teens. She currently serves as board president of Editcetera.
