Jennifer Jongsma (she/her) is the associate editor-in-chief and director of production at Annual Reviews, a nonprofit publisher dedicated to synthesizing and integrating knowledge for the progress of science and the benefit of society. During her more than 20 years at Annual Reviews, she has helped to launch several new journals and the online magazine Knowable Magazine, which explores the real-world significance of scholarly work through a journalistic lens. Recently, she has played a key role in implementing Subscribe to Open, an innovative OA model developed by Annual Reviews.
