Jeevan Sivasubramaniam (he/him) serves as the managing director for editorial at Berrett-Koehler Publishers, an independent nonfiction press dedicated to books about business, current affairs, and personal growth. In addition to acquiring a few titles here and there, Jeevan’s main responsibilities involve administration of the editorial department, communications with all other departments, and author management and communications. He has worked in book publishing for more than a decade and is particularly thrilled when people are able to pronounce his last name (though does not insist upon it).
