Tell us about your leadership?

My style of leadership is through connection. Connecting to people 1:1, connecting via larger community conversation, and connecting organizations to other organizations. I truly believe that all solutions come from collaboration and togetherness.

Which Public Allies core value resonates with you the most and why?

Diversity and Inclusion is the most impactful core value to me because it truly speaks volumes to community. If the table's not inclusive, who is it for? Who built the table? Who's holding the door to enter the room? Is there a door and why? Those are all critical questions when decisions are being made and resources are allocated.

Anything else you'd like to share?

I was the type of Ally and am the kind of Alum that will walk into a Walgreens talking about the great opportunity someone could find by being a Public Ally. I've recruited 3 friends in various state to go through the program and I chat about it at least weekly to folks as an ambassador to the program.
