How does noticing what you hear, see, smell, taste and feel help you stay in the moment and feel joy, happiness and calm?

What is the closest sound they can hear?

What is the the furthest sound you can hear?

What is the quietest sound you can hear?

What can you see closest, furthest?

What can you smell closet, furthest?

What do they notice? What do they wonder? How does nature feel - the wind on their face, the grass on their feet?
