What are big feelings?
When do you have big feelings?
What can you do if you have big feelings?
Acknowledge the feeling.
Where did it come from?
What changes have happened in your life?
Can you think of a positive memory.
In Google slide or EE create your own journal you can use to share your feelings.
You can make it personalised to you.
If you want to you could even share it on your blog so other people can see how you feel also.
