Welcome to the first step of your admission to the University! This is the pre-registration form for your college admission to the Palawan State University Narra Campus. This will be a step prior to your application for admission, which you are going to submit during your entrance examination schedule.

After filling up this form, you will be emailed once your pre-registration application has been evaluated. Application for college Admission must be downloaded and printed. You are hereby to submit the following credentials during your examination.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Photocopy of your G12 Report Card (3rd grading)

2. Photocopy of Transcript of Record (for Transferee)

3. Photocopy of Honorable of Dismissal (for Transferee)

4.  Photocopy of your Certificate of Good Moral Character

5. Photocopy of your PSA Birth Certificate

6. 2X2 ID Picture 

7. Printed Application for Admission

You can fill this form ONCE for the current admission year to avoid duplicate accounts. Multiple submissions of this form will invalidate your application.
