A holder of bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field and has potential research topics in environmental management. Other qualifications will be considered by program committees.

Pass the qualifying examination
Pass the proposal and thesis examinations
For Plan 1.1, the research needs to accept or publish in international journal (peer-reviewed) at least 2 papers (1 paper must be in Web of Science database)
Other conditions needs to follow PSU regulation, criteria and guideline
