A holder of master's degree or equivalent in any field and has potential research topics in environmental management. Other qualifications will be considered by program committees.

English proficiency requires following the Graduate School criteria
Pass the qualifying examination (QE)
Pass the proposal and thesis examinations
For Plan 1.1 and 1.2, the research needs to accept or publish in international journal (peer-reviewed) at least 2 papers or 1 paper + innovations or creative works following the Graduate School criteria
For Plan 2.1 and 2.2, all required courses need to complete with overall GPA ≥ 3.00 and the research needs to presented in international conference with full proceedings + international journal (peer-reviewed) at least 1 papers or innovations creative works following the Graduate School
Other conditions needs to follow PSU regulation, criteria and guideline
