A holder of bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field and has potential research topics in environmental management. Other qualifications will be considered by program committees.

English proficiency requires following the Graduate School criteria
Pass the proposal and thesis examinations
For Plan A1, the research needs to accept or publish in nation or international journal (peer-reviewed) at least 1 paper or petty patent at least 1 item
For Plan A2, all required courses need to complete with overall GPA ≥ 3.00 and the research needs to presented in nation or international conference with full proceedings
Other conditions needs to follow PSU regulation, criteria and guideline
