English proficiency requires following the Graduate School criteria
Pass the proposal and thesis examinations
For Plan A1, the research needs to accept or publish in nation or international journal or innovations or creative works following the Graduate School criteria
For Plan A2, all required courses need to complete with overall GPA ≥ 3.00 and the research needs to accept or publish in nation or international journal or full proceedings or innovations or creative works following the Graduate School criteria
Other conditions needs to follow PSU regulation, criteria and guideline
