Forget Password
Click the "Forget Password" menu.
Enter your Identification Number/ Passport Number and the email you registered with.
Click the "Confirm" button.
Go to your Mail Box and use the password sent to log in to the system.
Change Password
Log in
Go to the "Change Password" menu on the left.
Enter your Current Password.
Enter your New Password. It must follow the correct format. If valid, a green checkmark will appear on the right. Click the eye icon to view the password you have entered.
The Confirm New Password must match the New Password exactly.
Click the "Confirm Change Password" button.
Note: An email will be sent once your password has been successfully changed.
