Webber Middle School Science Bowl
Science Bowl is a trivia style competition where teams battle head to head to determine who has the most knowledge. The team that scores the most points across two 8 minute halves wins. The Webber Science Bowl team was founded in 2014. Webber has had 10 top ten finishes at the state competition in 6 years with our best result being 4th place. Each year the winner of the state competition qualifies for the national competition in Washington, D.C.
Contact Mr. Petersen if you are interested in joining the Webber Science Bowl team. We will have an informational meeting on Thursday, October 10th, 2019 at 3:00 in Mr. Petersen's room (C11). This will be followed by our first practice that will last until 4:00. Practices will resume on Thursday, October 24th and will continue every Thursday that we have school from 3:00 to 4:00.
