The activities you can do for this week is a bingo card! If you have not received the bingo you can find it on Mrs. Lanes Music Site for k-1 music lessons. If you want to share a picture of you doing any music activities, email me at cslack@psdschools.org
Week 4/6 - 4/10
Try playing the two games in the link below. The first game is called blast off. In this game you have to create one day's meals, along with planning physical activity. If you plan a balanced healthy diet and enough activity you will make it to Planet Power. The second game is called Dining Decisions. In this game you can test different foods and see how they affect your body. These games are great to learn more about Healthy nutrition, and provide great information in comparing how different food choices affect your Body. If you get a chance and email me a short sentence with one thing you learned or enjoyed about playing these games.
Parents, I understand that this may be difficult for your child to access these games on their own. If you are willing and have time this can be a fun family exercise that provides great information. There is no requirement to complete these games. It is simply a resource for you to try if you have time.

Week 4/13 - 4/19
For the up coming weeks I will be posting this curriculum map provided by Open Physical education. This tool provides activities that are standards based and fun for each day of the week. For best results print this and the weekly activity log ( which is located in the tab titled activity Logs) and record what activities your child was able to complete. I will also be posting several home workout videos in the up coming days you and your child can just hit play and follow along with.
