Digital Footprints
A digital footprint, sometimes call yours digital trail, is a record of what you do online, including the sites you visit and the things you post.
It can also include things that others post that involve you.
The things that make up our digital footprints can either be positive or they can be risky. Before we click, post, or share something online, we should ask ourselves three questions:
Who might see this besides the people I'm sharing it with?
Would it be OK if my teacher or family saw this?
Could this information be used in a way I don't want it to?
