A website is an online place you can visit on the internet! It’s made up of pages filled with things like pictures, videos, and information that people share. You can visit websites to learn new things, play games, watch videos, or even talk to your friends! Just like how you have your own room, a website is like having your own special space on the internet.
Building a website is a very fun and powerful creative outlet where you get to create your own digital world and can share anything you love, like your favorite hobbies, projects, or even fun facts!

What is HTML?
HTML (HyperText Markup Language) is the basic coding language used to create websites.
An HTML Editor is a coding tool to buuild a website easily. We will be using GOOGLE SITES but there are lots of other tools out there!
What is a URL?
A URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator. It’s like an address that helps you find things on the internet, just like your home address helps people find your house!
What are links?
A link, also called a hyperlink, is something on a webpage that you can click to go to other wepages.
What is Drag & Drop? and how do I do it?
Drag & Drop is a method of moving things on a computer.
To drag and drop on a touchpad, press and hold one finger on the item you want to move, drag it to the new location with your finger, and then release to drop it in place.
