The 2027 FCHS Prom Committee will be made up of interested juniors who apply to join. 

What does the prom committee do? 

The committee selects the prom theme, helps select designs for invitations and posters, selects/creates centerpieces, creates the playlist for the DJ, announces prom royalty at the dance, and completes any other tasks necessary to ensure a successful prom. 

How often and when does the committee meet? 

The committee will meet about a half dozen times during second semester. Committee meetings will take place during second period. Not all meetings will take the entire class period. You will be school excused if you have a second period class.

Complete the linked application. The application must be completed by 4 pm on Friday, December 18. Late applications will not be considered. 

How and when will I find out if I will be on the committee? 

Students selected for the prom committee will receive an email the week of January 4, 2027.
