Non-PSD Out-of-Neighborhood Enrollment

Step 1: Fill out a School of Choice application

Step 2: Prepare the following documentation (this will be used for online enrollment)

  • Birth certificate (passport, baptismal certificate, military ID, etc.)

  • Proof of address (a copy of a lease agreement, mortgage statement, utility bill, etc., that shows that the parent/guardian lives at an address within school boundaries)

  • Immunization record or an immunization exemption form

  • Custody documents (if applicable)

Step 3: IF ACCEPTED, you will be contacted by our Registrar. You will be sent online enrollment and course registration instructions.

Step 3. Complete online enrollment and the course registration form.
