Clearing the Cache
in Chrome
Quite a bit of junk builds up in browser caches, and they should be purged every now and then. This process will log you out of many sites requiring you to log back in, but will not erase saved passwords or autofill data.
Quite a bit of junk builds up in browser caches, and they should be purged every now and then. This process will log you out of many sites requiring you to log back in, but will not erase saved passwords or autofill data.
While in Chrome:
Press Ctrl-Shift-Del
Make sure the top tab is on Basic (vs Advanced)
Choose “All time” from the drop down
All three boxes should be checked
Browsing History
Cookies and other site data
Cached images and files
Press “Clear data”
Close and reopen Chrome
Go back to the site and try again
