STEP 1 - Bidder Info Sheet

This has to be filled out in order to participate so we can contact you if you win! 🙂
STEP 2 - Rules of the Auction
1. When bidding on a wreath, please list your desired bid amount. We will be messaging the winners after 4 pm on Saturday.
2. The first bid must be at or above the starting amount (starting amount for each wreath is $25).
3. You must bid in at least $5 increments and bid a higher price than the person before you.
4. Before posting a bid amount, please check the bid sheet to see what the most recent bid was. The bid sheet link is found at the top of each bid form. Each bid must be higher than the bid before it. Bidding is open until 4pm.
5. Please only bid if you have the intention of showing up on Saturday, Nov 30th between 4 - 5pm or Sunday, December 1st between 11am - 3pm at Peninsula High School to pick up and pay for your wreath. We accept cash or checks made out to Peninsula High School. NO OTHER PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Winners will be announced on the Winners tab and then individually called with pick-up details. All winners are final. In the event that the winner does not show up, the next highest bidder will be notified. If you're not signed up on the Bidder Info Sheet and we cannot contact you, then you obviously forfeit your ability to win, so please remember to sign up in STEP 1!

STEP 3 - Get Ready To Bid!
At the top of the website you will see the pages for the Clubs & Sports - head there to see what wreaths are available - there are 30 this year! Bidding starts at 9am on Nov 30th and closes promptly at 4pm! Wreaths will be loaded into the site on Nov 29th throughout the day as they are turned in.
