LEO's will be coming OCTOBER 14th!

Please only come during your assigned time to allow for social distancing.

Picture Day Procedures

ADULT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please drive to the back of the building where the bus loop is at. (Green Triangles)

2. Stop and wait in the car until further instructions. (Drop Off Stop Sign)

3. A staff member will ask for the student’s name and check them off our list before they get out of the car.

4. Have the student(s) get out of the car and enter the building to have their photo taken.

5. You then will pull up to the next parking spot and wait until the student(s) return. (Yellow Triangles, Pick Up Stop Sign)

6. Once the student(s) have returned, exit the bus loop. (Red Triangles)

STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. After exiting the car, the student(s) will enter the Main East entrance and will be directed to the Main Gym (Drop Off Stop Sign, Green Arrows)

2. There, they will wait on a dot until Leo’s asks them to take their photo (Yellow Circles)

3. Student’s will follow Leo’s procedures when taking photos (previous photo email).

4. After taking the photos, students will be directed to exit the southeast exit where they can find their adult(s) parked. (Red Arrows)

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. There will be no more than 6 students allowed in the building at a time unless a family is together (families members count as one unit and must stay together through the whole process).

2. Masks are required to enter the building.

3. Please do not come if you, or any other family member, have these symptoms:

· Cough

· Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

· Fever

· Chills

· Repeated shaking with chills

· Muscle pain

· Headache

· Sore throat

· New loss of taste or smell

4. Our goal is to get students in and out as quickly as possible and move traffic out of the bus loop.
