During EL5753, I was able to further explore the balancing act an educational leader must face daily. In an effort to best support the needs of all students, as well as their families and the community, leaders must keep legal and ethical responsibilities at the forefront. As I completed the various discussions and activities, I was able to reflect on what is important to me as well as the legal responsibilities I must uphold in order to be a strong, reliable, and influential leader. The below artifacts each show different aspects of my professional identity with consideration for both ethical and legal influences.
