In this season, we will put full emphasis on the details, and creativity of the Engineering Folio, because all Special Awards will originate from there, with the template of the Engineering Folio can be obtained under the Reports Guides Page. Submission of a team's Engineering Folio will be one (1) stage only, unlike previous sessions based on the stated dates.

Team Meeting is defined as the meet up of all team members with or without the mentor of the team, in which the team's progress were updated
Team meetings shall be led by the student leader of the team.
The student leader of the team can be defined as the main driver of the team or the person who is an expert in the field, or leading the sub-team
Team meetings shall update the status and progress of the team to the team's mentor, where it includes:
Robot construction (Mechanical, Electronics and Wiring, or Programming and Testing)
Team's Engineering Folio
Teams can discuss their concerns and problems faced throughout the construction of the robot to their mentor, and ask for opinions and next steps in the meeting.
Each session of a team meeting with or without the mentor MUST be recorded in the Engineering Folio.
Off-Season Clinic 1: Hands-on Introductory Session - Introductory & Briefing Session with team members and teachers
Off-Season Clinic 2: Building Prototype Phase - Functionality, Hardware, and Software: Movement and Mechanism
Off-Season Clinic 3: Building Prototype Phase 2 - Functionality, Programming: Autonomous (and if any AI Integration & Sensoring)
Off-Season Clinic 4: Present Final Prototype - Full Functionality (All team should be well versed about FTC, REV Robot & Java platform)
