Speak to your tutor - they can help you with your username and resetting passwords.
Go to see reception - they can also reset passwords if you are unable to use the self service.
Contact the IT helpdesk -ithelpdesk@psc.ac.uk for help - in September they should be onsite at AHED, after this you will need to visit them at Owens Road.
This is not the best solution - but it will get you online in a fix! This changes every day and poster will be displayed by the vending machines.
