WELCOME SPRING!

Happy May! I cannot believe the school year is almost over! With that said, there is still a LOT of ground to be covered in first grade!

NYSESLAT testing has begun! The Speaking part has been completed, and the written test (which consists of listening, reading and writing) will take place on May 7, 8 and 9! Please make sure your child comes to school well rested and ready for the exam!

Tickets are still available for the PTA fundraising gala! There are some amazing baskets being raffled off! All proceeds go the PTA, which will in turn be spent on your child! Please make every effort to join us!

The children will begin being assessed for their final reading levels this month. Please continue to read with them at home, as it is vital to their improvement! Please don't forget, reading logs are 20 minutes a night now!
