PAULINA DEL POZO
I grew up in Queens, NY. When I was 13 my family moved to Brooklyn where we lived until I was 18. I have lived in Queens ever since. I went to Midwood H.S in Brooklyn. After I graduated I studied liberal arts in The City College of New York for a couple of years. I have worked from the NYCDOE since 2013. I love that I get to help parents. Working with our families is very gratifying, they are happy to have someone that understands their issues and is able to help them. In my free time I love to watch movies and spend time with my two kids and my husband.
I was born and raised in Corona, Queens. I attended Queens Vocational and Technical High School where I majored in business. Then I went to Bronx Community College and majored in Radiology for about a year. During college my family grew with the addition of my two girls. When my oldest started Pre-K I became involved with the P.T.A and for about the past 5 years, I have been volunteering. This will be my second year in the NYC DOE. I really look forward to helping out in every way I can. I find comfort in reaching out to people and being able to help out. With the free time that my children allow me to have I listen to music. I love different genres, but mostly spanish music (Bachata). I also love to relax at home with my family.
