  • Reads with sufficient accuracy and fluency to support comprehension
    • 50% IRL
    • 40% Reading rate
    • 10% Teacher observation
  • Reads and comprehends grade level texts independently across a variety of genres
    • 50% Demonstrates proficiency in current units of study

  • Demonstrates comprehension by referring to text details

Listening, Speaking, and Language
