Terms of Use

General Terms

Thank you for using our apps. We’re continuing improving and producing more innovative products to bring best values to yours. The following Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you use the GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer app (the “App”) or the service provided via the App (the “Service”), sometimes collectively referred to as the “App.” Please review these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the App, you show you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Subscriptions

You may be able to make in-App purchases, in which case the fee is collected via Apple (for iOS) (our “Billing Service Providers”). We may also offer subscriptions, which can also be paid for via Apple. Here is all information about our Auto Renewing Subscriptions:

- Subscribed users have unlimited access to the app services including the smartest AI model, unlimited questions & answers, ad-free experiences and priority access to new features.

- Unsubscribed users can only use those services with a limited quota per day.

- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of (instance of buying something for money).

- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after (instance of buying something for money).

There are also some needs you should follow:

You will be required to provide the information regarding your credit card or other payment method. You represent and warrant that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date). You hereby authorize the App to bill you in accordance with the terms of your subscription plan until you terminate your account, and you agree to pay any charges so incurred. If you dispute any charges you must notify the App within thirty (30) days after the date that you are billed. You can terminate your use of the Service and otherwise manage your account using the App. If you properly terminate your paid subscription, you will not be charged for future months (or other periods, as stated in the subscription terms). However, you will not receive a refund for an unused portion of a month (or other period) for which you have already paid. No refunds are offered for any products or services offered via the App. You acknowledge that if you elect to purchase a subscription your subscription is subject to automatic renewals and you hereby consent to and accept responsibility for all recurring charges to your applicable payment based on this automatic renewal feature without further authorization from you without further notice except as required by law. You further acknowledge that the amount of the recurring charge máy change if applicable tax rates change or if the fees (including our fees and credit card handling fees) have been increased.

Third-Party Policy:

We may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services ("Third- Party Services"). You acknowledge and agree that GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer friend shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services. Third-Party Services and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.

Intellectual property

The App allows users to create stories from templates using their photo and video content (“User Content”). Your User Content belongs to you. By publicly sharing any User Content, you expressly grant, and you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant, to Highlight Covers a royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, syndicate, publicly display, and make derivative works of User Content that you process via the App, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others. Other users may access and share your User Content if you share it via, for example, social media platforms such as Instagram. If you wish to remove your User Content from the App, simply delete it from the App, or delete the App from your device. You are solely responsible for the User Content that you make available via the App or otherwise. You agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your User Content. By transmitting and submitting any User Content while using the App, you agree as follows: You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs while using the App; You understand and agree that any liability, loss or damage that occurs as a result of the use of any User Content that you make available or access through your use of the App is solely your responsibility. The App is not responsible for any public display or misuse of your User Content.

Disclaimer

GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer is not responsible for any content, code or any other imprecision. GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer does not provide warranties or guarantees. In no event shall GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. The App reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice. GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer Service and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer assistant is a distributor and not a publisher of the content supplied by third parties; as such, GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer exercises no editorial control over such content and makes no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, reliability or currency of any information, content, service or merchandise provided through or accessible via the GDT AI - AI Chat, AI Writer.

Changes to this Term and Uses

We may update our Term and Uses from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Term and Uses on this page. These terms and conditions are effective as of 2022-02-22.
