PACU

• PONV

  • • No Standing orders for Phenergan

    • Vistaril/ephedrine PRN

• Oxycodone 5-10 mg PO VPS 3-4

• Fentanyl 50 mcg IV

• IV opioid only if patient not tolerating PO intake

• D/C Lidocaine infusion prior to leaving PACU
