Scop Patch-high risk patients

INTRA-OP

• Serratus Anterior Plane Blocks

  • • 0.25% Bupiv c̅ Epi

• PEC I block

  • • If expanders are used or implant under the muscle

    • 30 mL unilaterally or bilaterally

PACU

• LR @25 mL/hr

• Oxycodone 5-10 mg PRN

• IV opioids ony for patients not tolerating PO and/or rescue of severe pain

• No standing orders for Phenergan
