Gabapentin 600 mg PO
HOLD Gabapentin for >65 years of age: exception if already taking as home med
If on Gabapentin at home, patient to receive usual dose of Pregabalin or Gabapentin x1 dose
For patients who will NOT receive Ketorolac introp: Celecoxib 400 mg PO preop
If patient TOOK usual morning dose, no further administration necessary preoperatively
If patient MISSED usual morning dose, patient to receive their usual dose of Celecoxib x1 dose
