Pre-op

• Scop patch-if high risk

• Epidural if specified by surgeon

  • • Thoracic epidural placed preop at level T9

    • Standard ERAS infusion of 0.0625% bupivacaine

    • Infusion at 8-10 ml/hr

Intra-op

• TAP Blocks

PACU

• Oxycodone 5mg PRN

• IV opioids only for patients not tolerating PO and/or rescue of severe pain

• No standing order for Phenergan

• Epidural management:

  • • Standard ERAS infusion of 0.0625% bupivacaine

    • Infusion at 8-10 ml/hr
