The Hawk Choir program at Hays Middle School is made up of over 200 students in 6th, 7th, & 8th grades.

Any student who is interested in choir may sign up! We have four choirs to choose from:

Beginning Choir (6th grade), Junior Varsity Women's Choir (7th/8th grade), Men's Choir (7th/8th grade boys), and Varsity Women's Choir ( 7th/8th grade). We also have Cadence Pop Group, an audition-only group of students who practice outside of school; this group is utilized for the extra opportunities to perform throughout the community.

Hawk Choir members have four formal concerts throughout the school year, and have the opportunity to participate in numerous other events not limited to Solo Festival, All-Region Choir, & Private Voice Lessons.

We also have numerous social events to facilitate team-building, friendships, and collaboration!
