Hays Hawks Athletic Booster

The Hay Hawks Athletics Booster Club is a volunteer organization made up of parents, administrators, community members and support staff who are dedicated to providing the best possible student athletic experience at Hays Middle School. We assist the Hays Athletics Coaching Staff in the planning and execution of events for Hays Middle School student athletes and staff.

The main ways we give back to the Hays Athletics program are through our volunteering and financial contributions. Your membership is needed so that our HHABC can continue to strongly support Hays Athletics throughout the upcoming school year. Even if you have already joined an organization for your middle-schooler’s other extra-curricular activities, we need you to join HHABC.

Hays Hawks Athletic Booster Club is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization designed to enhance and elevate the Athletics program at Hays Middle School. Our purpose is to support our student athletes and their coaches.

We are here to help coordinate game day meals, spirit wear design and sales, home game concessions, year-end awards and/or celebrations and so much more.

GAME DAY MEALS-Season by season decision

You may order your game day meals through our website. You do not have to be a member to purchase game day meals, but we use this website for all booster activities. Meals may be purchased individually for or for the entire season. Please visit www.HaysHawks.membershiptoolkit.com to purchase.

***Please note that all meals must be purchased in advance of the games. We are unable to add meals after the deadline that is posted on the website.***

**ATTENTION: Update for next year concession

HOME GAME CONCESSIONS-2024-2025 School year: We will be requiring all athletes on the team to volunteer in the concession stand with their parent for 1 game total for participating season.

CALLING ALL PARENTS – WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH CONCESSIONS

Please consider helping our student athletes and the athletic department by volunteering for concessions. The schedule has been arranged so that you will be able to attend your athlete’s game and serve during the game before or after. If each parent serves at least 2 or 3 games throughout the season we would be able to open the concession stand at all games. Unfortunately, if we do not have enough volunteers the concession stand will not open. So please consider supporting your athlete by volunteer for concessions. Students from 6th grade up can also volunteer and be credited for community service hours. It is fun and helps to raise funds that are used to help support the athletic department.
