About Peter
People in property investing know how hard it is to raise money for deals. They know that what might look like a great deal can cost much wasted time and money. They know that the bigger a property portfolio grows, the more challenging it is to manage the portfolio, the builders, agents, utility companies and compliance.
Peter has been investing in property since 2014, beginning with small buy to lets and moving onto big multi-lets (HMOs) and large commercial to residential projects with the Propertunities team. His diplomatic nature, diligence, ability to transform new information into hard experience, and his 20+ years as a clinical pharmacist and IT consultant has helped him:
Raise over £1 million in angel finance
Systemise the entire Propertunities business and their subsidiaries
Navigate challenging mortgage lending conditions
Create a strong Propertunities social media brand
Coach many others to create their own personal wealth
In 2020, Propertunities property business has been operational for 5 years and the four director's collective experience in property is over 50 years.
