Since 2015, local professionals from Andalusia working in agriculture, architecture, ecological regional development, practical project implementation, sustainable and ecological tourism, as well as language education, have been actively involved in our local team.
Through their commitment, they have made important contributions to the development of sustainable regenerative ecological agriculture at Monte Alegre and have supported learning experiences for local and international participants by sharing practical and theoretical knowledge.

• Daniel Stocker
Swiss musician and permaculture expert based in Málaga. Since 2014 he has developed water retention and regenerative agriculture projects at Monte Alegre and since 2016 has worked as lecturer and mentor across Spain and Europe.
• Thomas Trenew
Specialized in permaculture, ecological construction, regenerative agriculture and soil biology. Since 2020 he has been supporting educational programs and international groups in Andalusia.
• Hugh Tetley
Geophysicist and artist with experience in environmental technology and water management. He actively contributes to the ecological and technical development of Monte Alegre.
