PROD. VSR LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") developed the HabitFlow mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
In short: HabitFlow does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you create stays on your device.
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no login, and no registration.
All data you create in the App — including your habits, completion history, reminders, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to this data, and it is never sent to us or to any third party.
The App does not request the INTERNET permission and is technically incapable of connecting to the internet. It contains no networking code, no servers, and no cloud services. As a result, your data cannot leave your device through the App.
The App contains:
No analytics or tracking tools
No advertising
No social media integrations
No third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect data
The App requests the following permissions solely to provide its core features:
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to show habit reminders at the times you choose. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Used to restore your scheduled reminders after the device restarts.
These permissions are used only on your device and do not transmit any information.
The App includes an optional "Export data" feature that lets you save your habits and history as a file (CSV format) to a location you choose on your device. This file is created at your request and is fully under your control. We never receive a copy.
Because all data is stored locally, you remain in full control of it:
You can delete individual habits and their history within the App.
You can use "Delete all data" in Settings to permanently erase everything.
Uninstalling the App removes all of its data from your device.
We do not retain any of your data because we never have access to it.
The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children. It is suitable for users of all ages.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where applicable, in an updated version of the App.
