Incorrect reading of charge cut off from transaction list of account 

1. Print SOA or check screenshot of HACLINQ of account

2. Check the date that account has been opened. Please follow below logic for minimum balance charge:

    Account Open Date: January 5, 2010

    Covered Period: Every 5th of the month to 4th of next month. Charge will be on month end of next month.

    Example: If account falls below maintaining amount on June 8, it will be included on cover period of June 5 to July 4 and account will be charged on July 31.

     Note: There will still be charge on account even if amount is deposited to cover the below maintaining balance.
