Under the new "Paperless-Protecting our Environment" and "E-Government Initiative" policies, we do not give out the paper registration forms anymore.

Open the Goole Forms and complete several questions for registering your application to Yale Youth Parliament.

Once completed, please click submit button. We will go through the form and email you about your membership as soon as possible. If you did not hear from us after 2 weeks, please contact yaleyouthparliament@gmail.com. Thank you for your interest in our program, and we hope to see you at the next meeting.
