New Student Registration

Counseling is doing enrollments by appointment only. If you need to enroll your student, please call us at 770-578-3269 to set up a time to complete the enrollment process. You may pick up the required enrollment paperwork at any time, but the enrollment process will only happen at your appointment time.

There are FIVE (5) main documents required of ALL students prior to being enrolled in the District. To help ensure that the enrollment process for your child goes as smoothly as possible, please refer to the following items:

1. 2 Proofs of Residency

*Home owner title/ lease or rental agreement*

AND

*Current utility monthly statement within the last 30 days*

2. Certificate of Immunization

3. Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutritional Screening

4. Proof of Birth

5. Social Security Number

Valid Transcript and a withdrawal form
