You must have a house permit (Buy at /warp portland from the NPC at spawn)
You must have your house permit inside a metal rifle rack next to your main door.
You must have a staff member present while setting up a property. (Only for building on the exterior.)
You must not already have 2 properties. Each player may have a MAXIMUM of 2.

Collect enough money to buy a property. (Prices are listed below.)
Buy a house permit from the NPC at /warp portland.
Convert exp into dollars at the bank. There is a bank in portland to the right of spawn. (Right, facing out the door.)
Give an available admin (not mod) your money and let them know what property you wish to buy.
The admin will put up a sign with "<I>Property owned by playername</I> --new line <color=cyan>Approved by Admin</color>"
Put your house permit inside the metal rifle rack next to your main door
Pick which type of windows you wish to have.
Place all doors. (The admin will place the windows.)
Enjoy your property!
