The Leisure Town Arco Service Station and Convenience Store is an approved gas station to be located at the northeast corner of Leisure Town Road and Orange Drive.

History

Current Status

On August 12 2019, the Director of Community Development approved the Conditional Use permit for the project but denied the Public Convenience or Necessity (PCN) request to sell beer or wine products for use off-site. The applicant filed an appeal on August 22, and the appeal went to the Planning Commission on their October 15 meeting and their November 19 meeting. The Planning Commission approved the PCN application and so the project will continue through the entitlement process.
