This approved project will construct an 18,000 square feet Grocery Outlet on North First Street at the corner of Vaugh Road and North First Street. This project is located within the Northeast Quadrant Specific Plan.
The building will be about 32 feet tall and setback 78 feet from the street. As part of the project, 60 parking spaces will be provided.
