My mom makes this dish called Shahi Paneer quite often. a few days back, she made it again. the piquant taste it had was unforgettable. look, paneer is my all time FAVORITE, so i loved it more than others. paneer is actually called cottage cheese in english, but i prefer calling it paneer (it gives a tasty feeling lol).
