Indian sweets are such a delicacy. Especially the ones like Rasgulla or Rasmalai. This is Rasmalai, one of the most popular sweets of India. Rasmalai, being the cognate of the word Rosmalai (ros means juice and malai means cream), is a sweet dish originally from Bengal in the eastern side of India. I recently craved for some rasmalai and that's when my mom thought of making it. She went to the kitchen and brought some rasmalais that were looking so scrumptious, I quickly brought a bowl and a spoon and started eating it. There were only a few left when I thought of clicking a picture of it. Here it is, the FLAVORSOME rasmalais.
