It was early summer when our landlady (who is also our neighbour) sent us this in return of the biryani my mom had sent. For the sake of our concern (halal or not), she clearly explained that she has checked everything she used and everything is halal certified. Even the biscuits used for the crust was checked. I love her. She's really sweet. Plus this Cheesecake was so appetising. I'll ask her for the recipe someday. My mom wasn't home when she had brought this over and I had it first and that's the reason why I could successfully click a picture of it (because my sister wouldn't have spared it in the first place. Also, there would've been at least 1 person in the background).
