Although living healthy can be common for some people, it's a myth for people like me. I, grown up in an Indian household and surrounded with biryani or samosas, it's really hard to have salad as food. Salad is like a status symbol for some people. The ones who have it, irrespective of the fact that they have Butter Chicken and naan in their plate alongside the salad, are considered healthy eating persons. So here is my first picture of the first article of my very new blog (also for the first time) and I begin blogging healthy. This picture was taken at one of my family friend's place when they had called us over for dinner and yes you guessed it right. We had lots of Indian food (butter chicken, qorma, nihari, biryani, kebabs) along with the salad.
