KinoGlitch Portrait

For this image, I used SketchBook Pro's paintbucket tool to easily create colorful shapes over a photograph (no drawing!). Then I used iColorama to alter the shape and expression of the face. I used SketchBook again to draw lines over the face, and then I used KinoGlitch and iColorama for some unique special effects.

I imported a photo into SketchBook Pro. I used the paint bucket tool several times, each time selecting a color and experimenting with the tolerance. After doing this with 3 or 4 colors and getting something reasonable, I added a new layer above the paint bucket layer. On the new layer, I used a pen tool to draw a closed shape, then used the paint bucket tool to click inside the shape, keeping the same color I used with the pen. This fills in the shape with color. I did this several times, particularly for the hair, background and lips. Then on a new layer above all the others, I drew lines on her lips. I saved the image to my camera roll.

I opened the image in iColorama and I used Form /Warp to alter the shape and expression of the face.

I cropped using Form/Crop. I saved to my camera roll. I imported the image into SketchBook Pro and used the pen, marker and airbrush tools to draw and paint over her. I saved the image to my camera roll.

I opened the image in KinoGlitch. I used no grid, and played with the intensity and smoothness sliders. I saved to my camera roll.

I opened the image in iColorama. I used Form/Crop to crop, and I used Form/Mirror Preset 19.

I Used Adjust/Levels to increase contrast.

I used Effect/Raise preset 1 at low opacity, and Effect/Sharpen preset 4 at low opacity.
