I made a simplified image by blending two versions: one mostly color, and the other mostly lines. In iColorama, I used a Water preset for the mostly color version, and Edges for the mostly lines version. I find it is often useful to clean up the edges after you create them. Here I used a brush mask to clean them up a bit.
I started with my original photo.
In iColorama, I applied Style/Water preset 9. Save but do not apply.
Now I applied Style/Edges preset 1. I used a brush mask to clean up some noisy bits before applying, with the top image at a slight offset.
In Effect/Blend, I blended the edges onto the Water image in Darken blending mode.
