Body Works: A full body workout focused on Interval strength training.

Cardio Kick: Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite.

Iron Yoga: Iron Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

Power Yoga: Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

Strong: STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Tabata: Tabata is a four minute cycle: 20 seconds of very high intensity exercise followed by a 10-second rest period. This is repeated for a total of 8 times, resulting in a short, but very intense workout. The greater intensity of this HIIT workout is tiresome, but brings about results in a short amount of time!

UrbanKick: A kickboxing class combined with sports conditioning and metabolic training for a full body workout that challenges all fitness levels.

Yoga Flow: A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
